Prem has taught meditation, yoga and workshops extensively in his home town of Vancouver, B.C. and in India. He is studied in many different yoga modalities including Iyangar, Hatha, Ashtanga, Amrita, and Nithya yoga, and has teacher training in the Sivananda lineage, as well as extensive knowledge of the Vedic scriptures, Shiva tantras, Sanskrit, Vedanta and buddhist philosophies.

When we move from selfish motive, to selfless it empowers us and the entire universe supports this. The transformation that occurred in my life can be transmitted to others thru the power and grace. The real source of happiness comes when we surrender our sefish desires and seek to serve others in whatever we do.

Prem Yoga

Yoga or union is a full time experience of the world, that leads to “ananda” or “bliss” in sanskrit, a happiness not from some external source, but from our innate nature. My intention for the class is to give people at least one deeper experience of yoga and meditation, plus the intellectal understanding and techniques to reach the shores of inner peace and happiness.Yoga is not about waiting for life to happen to you, it is not about positive thinking, personal growth or just good health. It is about going beyond your normal happiness and pain, and awakening the unknown hidden potential energy in you that creates and bolts a powerful shift in your consciousness, permanently!

Meditation

​Meditation techniques to awaken, charge and energize the different energy centers or chakras, that you can practice everyday to continue to expand and develop the science of the breath. Learn how to breathe properly to ensure health and well being as well as specific breathing techniques to re train your bodies’ correct absorbtion of prana or vital energy from the air that you breathe Intellectual knowledge, an understanding of the inner functions of your bio energetic body and how your outer world experience relates and determines your present moment reality​The science of the mind, intellectual understanding and insight into the nature of the mind, balancing it with the heart and synchronizing both with the breath. ​The science of completion, how to to drop what you no longer need, and energize your strong positive intentions for your future​ ​
